Passenger Briefing Requirements

- Before fliying the PIC must tell each person on board how to fasten and unfasten their seat belt / shoulder harness.
- Everyone must wear their seat belt / shoulder harness before taxiing / takeoff / landing.

- "Each person must occupy an approved seat or berth with a safety belt and, if installed, shoulder harness, properly secured about him or her during movement on the surface, takeoff, and landing."
